Bugti, Baluchistan , Musharaf and Civil revolt I am not a security expert. But looks like Pakistan have a full scale civil war on Baluchistan. With the brutal killing of Bugti,the highly revered British educated 80 year old was the most visible face of the leader of the current civil uprising in Baluchistan. Mushraff may slowly realise that making martyrs out of 80 year olds is not the best way to quell a civil revolt.Now, the great oil security dream of India-Iran-Pakistan Oil and Gas pipeline via Baluch may remain just that, a dream.  ¶ 5:30 AM
